Rooibos Mountain Chai is a loose-leaf chai masala blend (100g), with rooibos used as a delicious substitute for black tea, making this a caffeine-free chai.
Simply brew approximately one tablespoon of the blend with one cup of milk (or milk substitute) per serving, preferably on a low simmer for about 10-15 minutes. The smell will fill your kitchen with an incredible aroma.
*Note, brewing only with water is definitely an option, but you will be missing out on some of the treasures that come alive through brewing in milk/milk substitute. Enjoy with friends :)
