Our Classic Mountain Chai is a traditional loose-leaf chai masala blend inspired by the Himalayas but a favorite drink across Israel, from the mountains of the Golan to the beaches of Eilat.
A mix of cinnamon, ginger, black tea, cloves, and cardamom--and of course, never any added aromas or flavors.
Simply brew approximately one tablespoon of the blend with one cup of milk (or milk substitute) per serving, preferably on a low simmer for about 10-15 minutes. The smell will fill your kitchen with an incredible aroma.
*Note, brewing only with water is definitely an option, but you will be missing out on some of the treasures that come alive through brewing in milk/milk substitute. Enjoy with friends :)
