At ShalvaTea, we're committed to bringing you the finest teas from around the world, delivered fresh to your doorstep. Please review our shipping information below to understand delivery times, costs, and tracking options.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Israel, the United States, and select international destinations. If you don't see your country listed during checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Domestic Shipping (Within Israel)

Carrier: Miller Shipping Company
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
Tracking: Full tracking available with tracking number provided upon shipment

Shipping Rates:

• Free shipping for orders ₪400 and up
• Standard delivery (0kg-19kg): ₪14.50

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

United States & International Shipping

Carrier: Eco Post (Israel Post Services)
Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks maximum
Tracking: International tracking available with tracking number provided upon shipment

Shipping Rates:

• Free shipping for orders $149 and up (2-3 weeks for delivery)
• EcoPost (Discounted rates from Shopify): Calculated transit time, 4 services, carrier rate

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally extend delivery times beyond our standard timeframe. ShalvaTea is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package's progress using this number through our carrier's tracking system. For domestic Israeli orders, tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment. International tracking may take 2-3 business days to show initial updates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Our current shipping rates are displayed below and may be subject to change based on carrier pricing updates.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Special Handling

All tea orders are carefully packaged to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit. Fragile items like teaware receive additional protective packaging at no extra charge.
